Dear Mr. Arruda, I am a private investigator/director of marketing and sales for a security/investigation company. I have 10 years investigative experience with AIG Insurance, 5 as a PI, a pre-law degree, MP in army, and several other qualifications working for me. My situation is that I am trying to market to attorneys and they still use the old gum shoe. I know that I have so much to offer them and their clients. I don't know what is the best approach. I recently began involving myself in several organizations where I can be on committees, but I need to brand myself. I am an executive type, present my self well, and outgoing. I have a keen sense of humor and alot of stories. Please help, it is becoming discouraging breaking the shell, the only other way to get in the door is to (slip and fall). thank you...

Mr. Arruda,
I am so happy to hear your presentation. I have been considering your certification for some time now. One of the issues I come against with my clients is even as the concepts of personal branding extend into organization communications ( employee/employer branding) they bristle when they hear “personal branding” and sometime seven shy away from the tactics entirely.
Will you be offering a certification or program that lends itself to organizational branding more specifically than personal branding --or at the very least - have a position that is used to promote your certified branding techniques to organizations? I am working more with groups than individuals and am looking for additional programs to enhance my current, “Insight-Insync “& “FullSync Branding” theories. Can you speak a bit to the use of the Reach Personal Branding Certification as it applies to Organizations?
Thank you so much and again very excited to hear your talk.

How can professionals wishing to develop or strengthen their personal brands find a good niche to dive into? What's the best strategy for this? Is it better to dig into a popular niche or try to create one of your own?

What advice do you have to those of us who are shy and have a hard time talking about ourselves and our personal brand.
